Deglaze frying every 1/2 hour with 1/4 litre of water. Place the remaining apples on the grill 1/2 hour before the end of the cooking time. Meanwhile prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cut gorgonzola into small pieces. Take the fat pan out of the oven and pour the roast stock through a sieve.
