Roast potato pan with minced meat

Ingredients

  • 750 g baby potatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 350 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp or minced pork
  • 2-3 stem(s) fresher or
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (paprika-
  • 7-10 Tbsp spice paste; from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp or curry ketchup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp or sour cream

    Peel, wash and possibly halve the potatoes. Fry in a large pan in hot oil for about 20 minutes. Turn more often, season

    In the meantime peel the onions and cut them into slices. After about 5 minutes add them to the potatoes and brown. Take out everything

    Fry the minced meat in the frying fat until crumbly, turning the meat. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Season minced meat with salt, paprika and aiwar. Add about 1/4 l water and bring to the boil. Add thyme and simmer for another 5 minutes.
