  • 1 l Milk
  • 250 g Rice Pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Bring milk to the boil, add rice and 1 pinch of salt. Leave to swell for about 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Mix sugar with cinnamon. Arrange rice in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

    Melted butter tastes good with it.
