Ingredients

  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 30 g Rice Pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 10 g Cherry Jam
  • 150 g pitted cherries
  • 15 g Whipped cream from a can
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint, chopped pistachios and lemon slice

Directions

    Bring the milk to the boil, add 75 ml water. Let the rice swell for about 40 minutes and season with sweetener. Heat cherry jam and stir in cherries. Serve rice with cherries.

    Decorate with whipped cream, mint and lemon slice. Sprinkle whipped cream with pistachios.
