Ribbon noodles with turkey ragout

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 400 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the meat in it in portions all around. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Remove the meat. Sauté onion in frying fat until translucent. Deglaze with stock and cream. Simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile clean and wash the broccoli and divide into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Cook the pasta also in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat. Thicken cream sauce with sauce thickener. Heat meat and white wine in it.
