Ribbon noodles with peppers and diced turkey

Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g colourful peppers
  • 300 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and dice the peppers. Wash the turkey, dab dry and cut into cubes of about 2 cm. Heat oil. Brown the turkey meat in it until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika cubes and fry for 2 minutes while turning.

    Also season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste. Dust with flour. Add stock and cream while stirring, let simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange noodles and turkey and vegetable sauce in portions, sprinkled with parmesan slices. Serve garnished with parsley
