Ribbon noodles with paprika sauce and prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 12 King prawns without head with shell
  • 2 Stalk Basil
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, sugar

Directions

    Rinse and quarter the pepper, clean and cut into large cubes. Peel and dice the onions and fry them together with the diced peppers in 1 tbsp. olive oil in a saucepan. Add paprika powder and 200ml water.

    cook in a closed pot at low heat for 30 minutes.

    Rinse the shrimps cold and remove the shell down to the tail end. Cut the shrimps at the back, remove the gut and rinse briefly under cold water.

    Rinse basil, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips.

    Place the noodles in plenty of salted water and cook until firm to the bite according to instructions.

    Sprinkle the prawns with lemon juice, salt them and fry them in the remaining oil all around for about 3 minutes.

    Finely puree the paprika vegetables with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Pour the pasta into a sieve, drain and mix with the paprika sauce. Sprinkle the noodles with basil and arrange the prawns on top.
