Ribbon noodles with chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 (100 g) Milk chocolate bar
  • 125 g thin ribbon noodles (fettucine)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Warm the cream. Peel some chocolate rolls from the chocolate with a peeler. Chop the rest of the chocolate coarsely and melt in the cream while stirring. Let the sauce cool down.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Peel and slice the kiwis. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Drain noodles and arrange on plates with kiwi slices and strawberries. Serve decorated with chocolate rolls and lemon balm as desired.

    Add chocolate sauce extra.
