Put flour, sugar, salt, butter and eggs into a mixing bowl. Warm the milk lukewarm, dissolve the yeast in it and also put it into the mixing bowl. Knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer for about 2 minutes to a smooth yeast dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes
Form yeast dough into a roll on a floured work surface. Divide the roll into 8 pieces. Form dough pieces into round shapes and press flat on the work surface. Put 20 g chocolate in the middle of each dough. Shape the dough into a dumpling again. Grease a casserole dish and sprinkle with sugar. Place filled pieces of dough next to each other in the mould with the smooth side up. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) on the 2nd rack from below for approx. 40 minutes. Remove and let cool in the mould for approx. 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve. Delicious with vanilla sauce
