Ribbon noodles with broccoli and ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp green, dried, crushed pepper
  • 150 g cooked ham in thin slices

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel the stems and cut them into thin slices. Cook in 1/2 litre boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Then drain and store the stock. For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion. Melt the fat.

    Sauté onion in it. Dust with flour and sweat. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, white wine and cream, stirring constantly, and bring to the boil. Wash, chop and stir in the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat broccoli in it. Put pasta and sauce on a plate and arrange the cooked ham on top
