Wash lemon hot, rub dry. Squeeze half a lemon. Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice, pink berries and olive oil. Season with some pepper. Cut 1/2 lemon first into wedges, then into corners. Cut onion into slices.
Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm). Put on skewers with mushrooms, lemon corners and onion slices. Leave to stand in the lemon marinade for about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove the skewers from the marinade and grill on the barbecue for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and brush with marinade again before serving
