  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1/2 glass (250 g) Red fruit jelly "Garden fruits
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Mix mascarpone, curd and milk until creamy. Stir in lemon juice, vanillin sugar and cinnamon. Spread the red fruit jelly and cream on two dessert bowls, decorate with lemon balm leaves if necessary and dust with cinnamon
