Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Stir 1/8 litre water, vanillin sugar, sugar and groats powder until smooth. Bring the juice to the boil and remove from the heat. Add the whisked powder and bring to the boil while stirring.
Fold in strawberries. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool. Decorate with strawberry and mint. Pour in a dash of stirred sour cream. Serve sprinkled with coconut flakes.
