Soak the baked fruit in 1/4 litre of warm water for two hours. Stew deep-frozen red cabbage, baked fruit (cut a little smaller if you like), cinnamon stick and 100 millilitres of water covered for 25 minutes.
Stir several times. In the meantime, place the hash browns on a baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20 minutes. Turn after ten minutes. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and heat in the red cabbage.
Wash the parsley and, except for a few leaves for garnishing, cut into fine strips and add. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
