Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 375 g Butter
  • 550 g Flour
  • 275 g Sugar
  • 200 g Marzipan
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 1.5 kg Plums
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

Mix 125 g soft butter, 200 g flour and 100 g sugar first with the whisk of the hand mixer, then with floured hands to make crumbles. Put the crumbles in a cool place. Grate the marzipan. Finely grind the lady fingers in the universal chopper. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Mix 250 g butter, 175 g sugar, marzipan and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix 350 g flour, sponge fingers and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Spread the dough on the greased and floured fat pan of the oven and cover with plum halves. Finally, sprinkle with crumbles and bake on the middle shelf of the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 35-45 minutes. Whipped cream tastes good with it
