Ravioli to remember

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 75 g pitted black olives
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Ravioli in Tomatensoße
  • 0?$? tabasco splash
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g grated parmesan

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Clean, wash and quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut into large pieces. Cut olives in half.

    If you have sunflower oil or similar at the start, you can heat it in the pot on your camping stove. Then stir-fry the peppers, zucchini and olives for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Plan B: Heat some water in the pot. Steam vegetables in it for about 2 minutes. Season.

    Add the ravioli and tomato sauce. Heat everything up again. Season to taste with Tabasco. Sprinkle with cheese, grab spoons and eat the ravioli from the pot. Maybe add a few snack salami sticks - there's really no better party basis, is there?
