Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and slice the onion. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash and chop the herbs. Cut cheese into cubes. Heat olive oil. Sauté garlic in it.
Fry onion slices and peppers for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Deglaze with tomato juice. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Let it boil down at high heat for about 2 minutes. Stir in herbs. Arrange the ratatouille sprinkled with olives and cheese. Serve garnished with fresh herbs
