  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 150 g Yoghurt, low-fat
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vanilla sugar

Directions

    Wash and clean the raspberries.

    Finely puree half of the raspberries with yoghurt in a blender or with a stirrer, season to taste with vanilla sugar and pour into a glass.

    Lightly crush the remaining raspberries and fold into the yoghurt.
