Raspberry Quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 500 g Edible quark (20% fat)
  • 150 g Cream yoghurt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chocolate chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Pass 3/4 of the raspberries through a sieve. Mix the puree with vanillin sugar. Mix quark, yoghurt and sugar. Fold in the raspberry puree. Arrange the quark in portions with the remaining raspberries.

    Decorate with chocolate chips and lemon balm.
