Ingredients

Servings: 500
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs to taste (e.g. 1-2 bunches of thyme or marjoram, 1 small sprig of rosemary, 3-4 bay leaves)
  • 500 ml Oil (e.g. safflower oil)

Directions

    Wash the herbs and dab dry. Put them in a bottle and pour the oil over them. Close the bottle and let it steep for 2-3 weeks.
