Ingredients

  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 300 g Gelling sugar 1:1
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Raspberries selected. Bring sugar, lemon juice and raspberries to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Mash the raspberries with a potato masher. Immediately pour into clean glasses with twist-off lid. Place glasses on the lid, turn them over again after 5 minutes and let them cool down
