Ingredients

  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 500 g Gelling sugar 1:1
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto (almond liqueur)

Directions

    Select the raspberries and mix them with the jam sugar. Leave to stand for about 2 hours. Stir several times in between. Add lemon juice and amaretto. Bring to the boil and let it boil for 4 minutes while stirring.

    Pour into two cold rinsed glasses and close them.
