  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 80 g Maple syrup

    Select the raspberries, mash them and pass through a sieve. Mix the puree, syrup and 160 ml water. Pour into a wide bowl or onto a tray and freeze in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Remove from the freezer and leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Scrape off granite with a sturdy spoon and serve immediately in pre-cooled glasses
