  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 500 g green gooseberries
  • 500 g Gelling sugar 2:1
  • 7-10 Tbsp Preserving Cellophane
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rubber Rings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

    Raspberries selected. Clean the gooseberries and wash them thoroughly, drain them. Mix raspberries, gooseberries and jam sugar in a pot. Bring to the boil over a high heat while stirring and allow to boil for 3 minutes until bubbly. Pour hot jam into the prepared glasses and close them tightly with preserving cellophane
