Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 ml + 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 6 discs Raisin bread (à approx. 60 g)
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 125 g Lemon-Curd
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Cinnamon
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 25 g clarified butter

Directions

    For the egg milk, whisk eggs, 100 ml milk and vanillin sugar. Place slices of bread next to each other in a flat baking tin. Pour the egg milk evenly over the bread slices and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. After half the time, turn the slices of bread

    In the meantime, mix cream cheese, lemon curd and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Heat the clarified butter in two portions in a large frying pan, fry 3 slices of bread one after the other, turning them until golden brown and take them out. Cut in half as desired, arrange on a plate sprinkled with a dollop of cream cheese cream and cinnamon sugar. Tastes hot and cold
