Radish and radish salad with sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 3-4 Tbsp Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 5-6 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2-1 Lettuce
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 (approx. 600 g) Radish
  • 100 g Radish sprouts

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes until soft. Then quench and let them cool down

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash parsley and chop finely. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard. Whip oil into it. Stir in onion and half of the parsley

    Clean, wash and shake the salad dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and quarter the radishes. Peel the radish and cut or slice into thin slices. Sort the sprouts, rinse

    Peel and halve the eggs. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade loosely, arrange with the eggs. Sprinkle the rest of the parsley over it
