Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 600 g baby potatoes
  • 300 g cooked ham (in slices)
  • 100 g dried dates (without stone)
  • 250 g Goat camembert

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered in water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse and peel the potatoes. Cut into slices. Dice ham roughly and cut dates into slices. Cut goat camembert into slices.

    Spread the potatoes with dates and ham on pans. Cover with camembert. Bake in the raclette machine for about 3 minutes.
