  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Pears
  • 12 (à 20 g) Goat cream cheese taler
  • 16 thin slices of Black Forest Ham
  • 4 TABLESPOONS thickened cranberries

Directions

    Drain the pears and cut them into thin slices. Cut each cream cheese taler in half again crosswise. Spread the pear slices, ham and goat cheese in the pans. Bake under the hot raclette grill for about 5 minutes. Spread cranberries in patches on top, serve immediately
