Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 4 Fried sausages (à approx. 100 g)
  • 1 package (400 g) Mini Potato Dumplings
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packs (45 g each) Fixed for shredded cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Clean and wash the leek, dab dry and cut into rings. Cut the sausages diagonally into slices. Cook the dumplings in boiling water according to the package instructions. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the sausages for 4-5 minutes, turning them over and taking them out. Add the leek to the hot frying fat and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning, season with salt and pepper and remove. Add 600 ml water to the frying set, stir in the powder for the shredded meat and bring to the boil.

    Remove the dumplings, rinse briefly with cold water, add to the pan with the sausages and leek. Bring to the boil briefly, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.
