Quick chili mince with green beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Frozen green beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g) Ginger
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 Stem/s Coriander
  • 5 Stem/s Thai basil

Directions

    Cook rice in 1⁄2 l boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cook frozen beans in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, quench. Peel and chop onion and ginger. Remove seeds from chillies, wash and chop. Wash lime, grate peel, squeeze fruit.

    Fry the minced meat, onion, ginger and chilli in the oil. Add 200 ml water, beans, lime zest and juice, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with rice. Wash the herbs, pluck off, sprinkle over.
