Handy side dish with grilled fish. Simply place folded cheese tortillas with tomato and spring onions on the grill. At home they also work well in the pan

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 4 Meat tomatoes (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 250 g Mountain cheese (piece)
  • 3 packs (245 g each; 4 pieces each) Wheat tortillas

Directions

    Wash, halve and seed the tomatoes and finely dice the flesh. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper. Grate cheese coarsely.

    Sprinkle one half of each tortillas with tomato mixture and cheese. Fold the other half of the tortilla over and fold it again. For transport, put them in fresh-keeping tins. Grill on the hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted. Alternatively fry in a pan.
