  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen berry cocktail
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Defrost the berry cocktail. Put some berries aside for decoration. Pass remaining berries through a sieve. Mix fruit puree with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix quark, cream, vanillin sugar and remaining sugar with the whisks of the hand mixer. Serve the quark and fruit puree. Decorate with remaining berries and lemon balm if desired
