Quark cream with berries

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 300 g Raspberries and blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 1 kg Cream curd
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 2 untreated lemons
  • 125-150 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Sort the berries, wash and drain them if necessary (defrost frozen berries). Puree 1/3 of the berries. Mix quark, milk, lemon peel and juice, sugar and vanillin sugar

    Add the berries and berry puree to the quark. Pour into a bowl and decorate with mint. Cover and keep cool until serving
