Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a sharp knife. Wash and cut the figs into six. Boil 800 ml orange juice, red wine, lemon juice and sugar. Hang up the Glühfix bag and let it stand for about 4 minutes. In the meantime stir the remaining juice and sauce powder until smooth.
Take out the Glühfix bag, bring to the boil again and stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Remove from the stove. Carefully mix in orange filets and figs. Serve hot or cold, garnished with orange slices as desired, with the waffles
