Ingredients

Servings: 27
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 6 (à 40 g) angular plates
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pumpernickel
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) slab
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gouda
  • 200 g thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp mayonnaise, horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp and mustard

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Knead well with ground pork

    Spread pumpernickel with butter. Cover one slice with the cheese slice and one thickly with salmon. Spread one slice with ground pork. Put the remaining slices of bread on top. Cut with a sharp knife into 9 equally sized cubes

    Garnish diced meat with mayonnaise, diced salmon with horseradish and diced cheese with mustard dots. Dress everything
