Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 Roll (270 g) of fresh puff pastry (refrigerator shelf; e.g. from Aunt Fanny)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 200 g Herb cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries and parsley to garnish
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cardboard

Directions

  1. 1

Let the puff pastry rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Line 2 trays with baking paper. If necessary, cut out an oval template (approx. 9 cm) from cardboard.

  2. 2

Cut or cut out approx. 12 ovals or circles from the dough and place them on a baking tray. Place the dough remains on top of each other (do not knead!) and roll out. Cut into strips, twist into cords and place on the 2nd baking tray.

  3. 3

Place the baking tray. Spread everything with 4 tablespoons of cream. Sprinkle with sesame and salt.

  4. 4

Bake in a hot oven (electric oven: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3) for 10 or 15 minutes, one after the other.

  5. 5

Peel onion and cut into rings. Crumble the feta. Stir with cream cheese and possibly 1 tbsp. cream until smooth, season to taste. Place on the boats. Garnish with onions, pink berries and parsley. Add the sticks.
