Puff pastry bites in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 discs (à approx. 75 g) frozen puff pastry
  • 1 package (50 g) Frozen Soup Green
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) boiled fine sausage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some flour, 1 egg yolk
  • 1 onion, 1 tsp oil
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves and parsley

Directions

    Defrost the dough and soup vegetables. Press the sausage meat out of the skin. Knead with soup vegetables and cream. Season with salt and pepper

    Put the dough on top of each other. Roll out to a rectangle (approx. 24 x 30 cm) on a little flour. Place approx. 10 slices of meat on one half of the dough with 1 teaspoonful and evenly spaced. Fold over the other half of the dough. Press the spaces between them firmly. Roll out approx. 10 squares (approx. 6 x 6 cm)

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the dough with whisked egg yolk. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes

    Peel and chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Add tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Arrange everything. Garnish with salad and parsley
