Ingredients

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 175 g Butter or margarine
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 package (75 g) Chocolate Drops
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • 36-54 (7 cm Ø) Paper baking cups

Directions

    For the pudding cream boil 200 ml of milk. Mix the pudding powder with the remaining milk until smooth. Stir the pudding powder into the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour into a mixing bowl and cover with foil, allow to cool slightly. For the dough, stir 125 g fat, 100 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in 2 eggs individually.

    Mix flour, starch and baking powder and stir in alternately with 50 g cream into the fat egg mixture. Stir 50 g fat and 50 g sugar until creamy. Stir in 1 egg and mix well with the lukewarm pudding. Stir cream cheese into the fat pudding mixture and fold in the chocolate drops, except for 2 tablespoons for decoration. Place 2-3 baking cups into each other and add 1 tablespoon of batter each. Smooth with a moistened tablespoon. Spread the pudding cream on top. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Let them cool down on a cake rack. Whip 150 g cream until stiff, while pouring in 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Pour the cream as a blob on the muffins and decorate with chocolate drops.

    Smooth with a moistened tablespoon. Spread the pudding cream on top. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Let them cool down on a cake rack. Whip 150 g cream until stiff, while pouring in 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Pour the cream as a blob on the muffins and decorate with chocolate drops. Dust with a little cocoa. Results in about 18 pieces
