Princess beans with bacon rissoles

Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 750 g baby potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 collar fresh or 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (100 g) Bacon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Princess beans
  • 1 (30 g) Bag of Hollandaise sauce
  • 125 g Butter or margarine

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely dice one onion. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stalks and chop them. Squeeze the bread roll. Knead minced meat, roll, diced onion, oregano and egg.

    Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 meatballs from the minced meat mixture, wrap each with 2 slices of bacon and fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil while turning for 15-20 minutes. Clean, wash and possibly chop the beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and peel the potatoes, fry them in the remaining oil until golden brown and season with salt. Peel the rest of the onion and cut it into sticks. Dice remaining bacon. Remove the meatballs from the pan. Fry onion and bacon in the frying oil. Drain the beans, let them drain and put them into the pan. Heat 1/8 litre water, stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil.
