  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Pretzel sticks (à approx. 100 g)
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 300 g dried soft plums
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and chop the onions. Dice the pretzel sticks. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Whisk eggs and milk. Mix the lye cubes, onions, parsley and plums. Season with salt and pepper. Pour egg milk over the mixture and let it stand for about 15 minutes, stirring carefully several times.
