  • 1 Pretzel rolls
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Double cream cream cheese with herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2 Picking lettuce leaves
  • 2 discs Emmental cheese
  • 1/2 Beet Cress

Directions

    Cut the bread roll open and spread both halves with cream cheese. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and sprinkle on top. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into fine strips. Wash the salad, pluck into small pieces.

    Cut cheese slices smaller. Cut the cress briefly. Place prepared ingredients alternately on the bottom of the rolls. Serve with upper roll half
