Prawns and fish pieces in hot sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Onions
  • 10 prawns ready to cook (à approx. 30 g)
  • 600 g Redfish fillet
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mango Chutney
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans and cook them in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Drain them. Peel onions and cut into slices. Peel prawns, up to the tail end and remove the black intestine.

    Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Wash fish, pat dry and cut into pieces. Turn into 2 tablespoons of starch. Clean, halve, core, wash and finely dice the chilli pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok.

    Fry the onions briefly in it and take them out. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Fry the fish and prawns in it. Add chilli, beans and onions. Mix stock, soy sauce, tomato paste, lime juice, mango chutney and remaining starch.

    Put everything in the wok and bring to the boil. Season to taste with Sambal Oelek. Serve garnished with chilli peppers.
