Clean and wash the soup greens and cut into fine rings or small cubes. Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into very small florets. Wash chicken meat, dab dry and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pot and fry the soup vegetables while stirring. Add the meat and fry gently.
Pour on 1/2 litre of water and season with the broth. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the cauliflower florets to the soup. Let everything simmer for another 15 minutes at a not too high heat. Sprinkle the soup with the chive rolls and serve hot
