Ingredients

  • 1 large potato (175 g)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) ripened cream
  • 3 Cultivation Zitron sap
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped dill
  • 75 g North Sea crab meat
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g mixed green salad
  • 100 g Cucumber

Directions

    Cook the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Mix sour cream with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add dill and prawns. For the salad dressing, mix remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper.
