Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for 35-40 minutes
Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 10-12 minutes at medium heat, season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Add the broccoli to the meat 4-5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook it, season with salt and pepper
Peel and chop the onion and mix with the dressing. Remove the broccoli and chicken from the pan and let it cool down a little. Drain the potatoes. Cut the potato open, peel off the skin on one side and spoon out the inside. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Mash the inside of the potato with a fork, mix with sour cream and paprika, season with salt, pepper and sugar and fill back into the potato
Cut the meat into slices, mix with broccoli and dressing. Pour the mixture onto the potato. Serve with halved cherry tomato and lettuce leaves
