  • 1 can(s) (850 ml; extract weight: 500 g) Pineapple rings
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 8 (approx. 480 g) deep-frozen potato pancakes
  • 8 discs Kasseler cold cuts
  • 8 discs Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves, parsley and chives

Directions

    Drain the pineapple rings. Heat the fat in a pan. Add the potato pancakes and fry on one side for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Turn. Cover with a slice of pineapple, sliced pork and cheese.

    Buffer in the closed pan for another 2 minutes. Arrange two buffers with some salad on each plate. Garnish with herbs.
