Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (600 g) Frozen Country potatoes
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 250 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dried oregano
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Lightly brush the baking tray with oil. Spread the potato wedges on the baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 12 minutes. In the meantime, wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Crumble the feta. Mix half with yoghurt, season with pepper.

    Turn potatoes once. Spread tomatoes and feta cheese over them, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with oil. Season with pepper. Bake another 8-10 minutes at the same temperature. Garnish with oregano. Add dip
