Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar (200 g) Radishes
  • 2 (approx. 250 g) small zucchini
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 1 package (200 g) calorie-reduced juicy sausages
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 4-5 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into quarters or halves depending on size. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices with a colored knife as desired.

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Put some leaves aside, cut the remaining lettuce into strips. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Drain the potatoes, rinse with cold water, remove the skin.

    Cut the potatoes into slices. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls. Wash dill, dab dry and chop finely, except for a little for garnishing. For the marinade, mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, add oil and herbs.

    Put potatoes, radishes, courgettes, romaine lettuce and sausages in a bowl, pour herb marinade over them and mix loosely. Leave to stand for a short time. Line the salad bowl with the remaining romaine lettuce and arrange the salad in it.

    Garnish with remaining dill.
