  • 8 Radishes
  • 2 spring onions (approx. 30 g each)
  • 200 g Picking salad
  • 8 Stem(s) Chervil
  • 2 packs Potato salad (approx. 400 g each)

Directions

    Clean and wash the radishes and cut into wafer-thin slices. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into thin strips. Clean and wash the salad and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash chervil, dab dry, pluck off leaves.

    Mix potato salad with radish slices, spring onions, lettuce and half of chervil. Arrange potato salad in bowls, garnish with chervil.
