Peel and chop the potatoes and kohlrabi. Peel and slice the carrots. First fry the kohlrabi, then the potatoes and finally the carrots in oil. Add the stock and wine and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the peas. Then mix in the sour cream and horseradish. Cut the sausages into slices and add them. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the peas are cooked and the sausage is hot.
